Schuyler Iona Press Plays Herself at 54 Below

Had a blast music directing Schuyler’ s one woman show at the iconic 54 Below. If you don’t know Schuyler’s work, you should!

Follow her here!

In this solo musical, Schuyler (played by Schuyler) will be deconstructing her life choices of constantly “playing herself” (ie. deceiving and manipulating herself). Her history of self-destructive behavior and her childhood pursuit of becoming a wold-renowned Irish Step Dancer.

Through personal stories recounting her holy trinity to childhood crushes to an awkward senior trip in high school and an unfortunate medical emergency at Disney Land, it becomes clear that sometimes the only way to “win” in life is to be the ultimate loser and to literally “lose every jig you ever fecking enter in”.

Join Schuyler as she attempts to portray the hardest acting role of her life: herself.
